For your information The Technical Regulations of Customs Union “On Packaging Safety” came into force 01st July, 2012

According the Regulations you must obtain Declaration of Conformity (Eurasian Conformity).
It is a new procedure, so there are few laboratories which have an accreditation to carry out tests on new regulations.
Therefore now the requirements are high, the cost and time of issuing also at the considerable level.
